The School of Americas, School of Assassins, or more recently known as WHINSEC (Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation) is a notorious training facility for Latin American Soldiers in Fort Benning, Georgia. Graduates of the SOA have been behind countless acts of human rights abuses up to and including torture, rape, and mass murder.
