Democracy Now!
Army Private First Class Bradley Manning is the soldier accused of leaking the famous "Collateral Murder" video to WikiLeaks. The video shows a United States Apache helicopter indiscriminately shooting and killing civilians--including Reuters Employees Namir Noor-Eldeen and Saeed Chmagh--and seriously injuring 2 children. While the soldiers who opened fire on the Iraqi civilians have been cleared by the Army, Manning has been imprisoned for over 6 months and is facing up to 52 years in prison under the Espionage Act.
To show our support, Peace Supplies is giving away Free Bradley Manning stickers. As Manning celebrates his 23rd birthday this December 17th in prison in Virginia, help to spread the word about his illegitimate imprisonment. Exposing war crimes is not a crime.
